Pizza Night

I was going through some pictures and found these pictures from a fun night with friends. Pita pizza night. It was a huge hit with the kids and parents. My son had a friend over and I wanted something very easy to make.

I used pitas for the crust

Laid out the ingredients and let the kids have at it.

They never ate better!

Magical Sand

SAND SAND SAND! I can not say enough about this magical sand. It is magical because it sticks together like wet sand, does not dry up, and is a therapy for all those that touch it. The most magical part of this sand is that it occupies the kids for hours!

Throw in letters, numbers, and shapes to make it an educational activity.

Very easy to make!
8 cups of flour
1 cup of baby oil
Mix

Bubble Letters

My kids were wild today! My husband and I were trying to get some paperwork done and the kids would not give us a second. I pulled out some paperwork of their own. I gave my kids letters to trace in a fun way. The kids felt as if they were apart of what we were doing and they received and educational lesson as well!

Write letters on a piece of paper. Using a bingo marker (from the $1 store) have your child trace each letter.

Marble Ramps

For some educational fun, cut a water foam tube in half and send marbles down the middle flying with speed.

 Have a race!
Encourage your child to try different angles. What happens when the angle changes?
